By creating an account or using MarketBridge (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This is an organizational tool to help manage the invention-to-retail journey and is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use the Service. Provide accurate information at registration and keep it current.

You retain ownership of the ideas, documents, disclosures, contacts, supplier records, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to access another user's data, accounts, or systems without authorization.
• Disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service or its integrations.
• Use integrations to send unsolicited or abusive communications.

MarketBridge does not file patents, trademarks, or legal documents on your behalf, and nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship. IP and disclosure tracking features are organizational aids. Public disclosures can affect patent rights — consult a qualified registered patent practitioner before disclosing your invention. You are solely responsible for protecting your intellectual property.

Full access to the Service is offered as a one-time lifetime-access purchase. Optional donations are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are processed through our payment provider. Upon successful payment, lifetime access is granted to your account. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Third-party integrations (e.g. Gmail, Google Drive, GitHub) are optional and governed by the respective provider's terms. We facilitate actions you request through these integrations but are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or IP opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for lifetime access, if any.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though your data may be retained briefly to allow export before deletion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will note the updated date above and, for material changes, notify you within the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
